I think horseradish is a little too wild and pulpy for the "Silmarillion". It'd go great on the "Ill-met in Lankhmar (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fafhrd_and_the_Gray_Mouser)" or the "King by His Own Ham (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conan_the_Barbarian)". ;-)
