Oct. 27th, 2003 07:47 pmWell, apparently, AICN claims that casting has begun on the Watchmen movie. I can't get the link to the article to work, but it's right there on the front page.
The heart of the "story" is that John Cusack has been cast as Nite-Owl II. This smacks of high-rumordom, but it's fun rumordom. Cusack actually strikes me as being pretty good for the part, and the whole thing allows me to hope for a good film adaption -- at least for a little bit longer.
Now, if we can only get Ed Norton to play Rorschach... :-)
